How it works
- Create an account. Start with 100 points. Guest orders on the same email are included.
- Shop and earn. Through Sept 21, one dollar of qualifying product purchases is two points.
- Choose your gift. Unlock complimentary products at each milestone and add them from your account with a paid order.
Points from a new order become available after qualifying payment is confirmed.
Questions
Do I get points for creating an account?
Yes. New accounts receive 100 points once. If you already ordered as a guest with the same email, those purchases are added as well.
Do previous orders count?
Yes. Qualifying purchases already on your email are included in your lifetime points. New orders add to that same balance after payment is confirmed.
What earns points?
Through Sept 21 at midnight ET, one dollar of settled net merchandise equals two points. After that it returns to one point per dollar. Product discounts reduce the amount that earns. Tax, shipping, and fees do not earn points.
Does claiming a gift reduce my points?
No. Your points stay with you. Choosing a gift never lowers your balance or your membership status.
Are milestone gifts cumulative?
Yes. Each named milestone adds new gift choices. Reaching a higher camp does not replace gifts you already earned.
What happens after Summit Club?
After 5,000 points, you earn another gift for every additional 1,500 points. Everest Elite adds two more gifts at 10,000 points, and member gifts continue after that.
How do gifts ship?
Choose an earned gift in your account and check out with a paid order. Standard shipping rates apply. There is no extra per-gift shipping charge.
What if a gift is out of stock?
Choose another eligible product from that gift’s selection. Stock can change.
Do gifts expire? What about refunds?
Earned gifts do not expire on a calendar. Refunds can adjust unused gifts if your net spend no longer supports them. A gift already claimed stays claimed.
