Two business days — not two calendar days. Weekends and holidays don’t count. An order that ships Thursday arrives Monday; one that ships Friday arrives Tuesday. Monday–Wednesday ships land two business days later (Tuesday ship → Thursday, Wednesday ship → Friday).

We take care of it — completely free of charge. Unlike other companies, we don't charge you for shipping insurance or make you file claims and chase down UPS or USPS yourself. If your tracking has stalled and the package looks lost, just contact our support team with your order number and we'll reship your order at no cost to you. It's that simple.

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
