Return Policy Overview

At Everest Peptides, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Products are eligible for return if they meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • ✓ Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • ✓ Product is unopened and in original sealed packaging
  • ✓ Product is undamaged and in resalable condition
  • ✓ Return is approved by our customer service team

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for safety/quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • ✗ Opened or unsealed products
  • ✗ Products that have been reconstituted
  • ✗ Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • ✗ Products past their expiration date
  • ✗ Products that have been improperly stored
  • ✗ Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@everestpeptides.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Ship the Product: Package the item securely and ship to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside
  4. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification of receipt
  • We will inspect the product within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

Refund Amounts

  • Product Price: Full refund of the product purchase price
  • Original Shipping: Not refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Ship a replacement product at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping costs

Please take photos of any damage to the product or packaging and include them with your support request.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid label for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
