How are our products shipped?
Ambient, not cold. No ice packs and no refrigerated shipping. Lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature, so a cold chain is not needed. Vials are vacuum sealed and packed with heavy protection. Tracking goes out once the order is packed.
How should lyophilized peptides be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder is built for room temperature. Freeze-drying removes water, so sealed vials stay stable without a fridge or ice pack. Keep them cool, dry, and away from light. If you want the longest shelf life, freeze the unopened powder at -20°C. Freezing extends shelf life. It is optional, not required. After reconstitution, store the solution at 2 to 8°C.
