Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day
- Once your order is packed, you'll receive an email with tracking information
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Everest Peptides ships to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for expedited and overnight shipping)
- APO/FPO addresses
- International addresses
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking information.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately:
- Package shows delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours.
- Damaged package: Take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. Do not discard the packaging.
- Wrong items received: Contact us and we will arrange for correct items to be shipped.
