All products sold by Everest Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Everest Peptides supplies materials that are designated as Research Use Only (RUO). These materials are not approved for human or animal consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind.

By purchasing from or using the Everest Peptides website, you acknowledge and agree that all products will be used solely for legitimate scientific research conducted by qualified individuals or institutions in appropriate laboratory settings.

Everest Peptides is a chemical supplier. Everest Peptides is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

No Human or Animal Use

Under no circumstances may any product sold by Everest Peptides be used in or on humans or animals. Specifically, our products may not be:

• Consumed, ingested, injected, inhaled, or applied topically by or to any human being
• Administered to any animal, including for veterinary purposes
• Used in clinical trials or any other in-vivo study involving humans or animals

Qualified Purchasers Only

Right to Refuse Service

Everest Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion — including where we have reason to believe products may be put to a prohibited use, where a purchaser misrepresents their qualifications or intended use, or where a sale would violate applicable law. Refused or cancelled orders will be refunded in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
