Within the U.S. we offer USPS Ground Advantage and UPS 2-Day Air — free standard shipping on orders over $150, and free 2-Day Air on orders over $250. We also ship to Canada via UPS Standard International.

We take care of it — completely free of charge. Unlike other companies, we don't charge you for shipping insurance or make you file claims and chase down UPS or USPS yourself. If your tracking has stalled and the package looks lost, just contact our support team with your order number and we'll reship your order at no cost to you. It's that simple.

On a supported Apple device with a card set up in Wallet, Apple Pay automatically appears as a payment option at checkout. Tap it, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, and you're done — no card numbers to type and no shipping info to fill out. Apple never shares your real card number with us.

Your card is charged immediately when you place your order. Once payment clears, we package and ship your order — typically the same business day or the next morning.

Card declines are usually caused by your bank flagging the transaction as unusual, an incorrect billing address (AVS check), or insufficient funds. The fastest fix is to contact your bank to authorize the charge, then try again. We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
